Affirmative Non-Action

Among the rulings handed down by the Supreme Court last week was a kind of no-decision in an affirmative action case involving the University of Texas. To explain what happened, and what it means for race-based admissions going forward, I turned to Greg Stohr, reporter for Bloomberg News and author of "A Black and White Case: How Affirmative Action Survived Its Greatest Legal Challenge."
