Ken Jennings on Parenting Myths


Ken Jennings won over $2.5 million during a legendary 74-episode run on "Jeopardy!" Since then, he's expanded his brand with an app called Trivia Death Match, a weekly news quiz for Slate, a weekly email trivia game, the Kennections puzzle in Parade magazine, and some books, including "Because I Said So!: The Truth Behind the Myths, Tales, and Warnings Every Generation Passes Down to Its Kids," which is now available in paperback. When Ken joined me on America Weekend, we discussed some of those myths, whether he's ever applied to write trivia questions for a game show, what he thought of NBC's "Million Second Quiz," and what's up with Watson, his IBM nemesis.
