Science Teacher's McDonald's Diet

Three weeks ago on America Weekend, I talked with Laura Anderson, food columnist for Slate, who was critical of a high school biology teacher in Iowa who turned his personal weight loss into a project for his science students. So today, I invited the teacher, John Cisna, to explain how and why he ran the project, which involved him eating every meal at McDonald's for 3 months -- with the students deciding what he should eat -- and respond to Anderson's comments.
